Ms. Schumacher has been a working actor and member of Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and Actors Equity Association (AEA) for more than 30 years. Her professional contracts include Film, Television and Broadway Theatre. Ms. Schumacher has worked as an award-winning Actor, Choreographer, Writer, Director, Producer and Editor.
William Pellinen
Director of Operations & Finance
Mr. Pellinen has over 20 years of experience in the alternative and traditional investment management industry. His executive level experience includes directing financial and operating business units, managing multi-disciplinary teams and raising investment capital. Mr. Pellinen is focused on the strategic direction and management of the operating and financial divisions of Rubber Tree Productions. Mr. Pellinen holds an MBA from Aalto University School of Economics in Helsinki, Finland and an BA in History from James Madison University.
Randle Schumacher
SVP Production
Mr. Schumacher is a performance-driven marketing executive with over 20 years of experience working for international investment companies. Mr. Schumacher has a deep expertise in capitalization strategies, deal structuring and negotiations, analysis of market trends and business development. Mr. Schumacher is responsible for the execution and distribution of domestic content and is a graduate of New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Eric Radzan

Mr. Radzan has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions for Fortune 500 companies specializing in strategy, distribution, and brand management. Mr. Radzan brings a wealth of experience translating customer trends into revenue by building marketing strategies to extract maximum value. Mr. Radzan is a graduate of The State University of New York at Oneonta.
